If ANYONE Hosts, Promotes, Holds or Gathers
any type of Fighting / Sparring Competition event that is not an IKF CA
Sanctioned Event and / or using the words KICKBOXING, KICK BOXING or MUAY THAI,
MUAYTHAI, in ANY of their event advertisements {Print, Video, Visual or Voice
Audio} and the participants movements resembles or actually uses the Techniques
of Kickboxing or Muay Thai Fighting in ANY WAY, this event shall be determined a
"Non Sanctioned" event by IKF CA Rules and Regulations. All those who
participate in said event { Promoter / Host, Event Officials, Trainers and
Fighters. } shall face possible Suspensions, Fines, as well as Additional
Licensing requirements to be eligible for reinstatement of Any and All IKF CA
Licenses.

- NON IKF CA SANCTIONED RING / CAGE COMPETITION:
IF ANY FIGHTER OF
ANY AGE COMPETES IN A BOUT IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA THAT IS IN A BOXING RING
OR AN MMA CAGE, FULL CONTACT AND THAT EVENT IS NOT IKF CA SANCTIONED, BOTH THE
FIGHTER AND THE TRAINER WILL LOSE THEIR IKF CA LICENSE AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO
TIME SUSPENSIONS AND FINES IF THEY DESIRE REINSTATEMENT OF THEIR LICENSE. THIS
ALSO INCLUDES THE EVENT PROMOTER / HOST AND EVENT OFFICIALS.
- To ***Apply for reinstatement,
Fighter and Trainer will need to go through a process of steps.
- FIGHTER'S:
- Fighter will need to Re-new ALL Required Medical Tests and may be required
to do additional tests.
- Minimum 60 day Health and Safety Medical Disciplinary Time Suspension.
- Health and Safety Medical Disciplinary Fine.
- (***) For this violation of IKF CA Rules, there is "NO" Assurance
of reinstatement. TRAINER, OFFICIAL, PROMOTER:
- Each Trainer's reinstatement requirements will be determined by their
capacity of participation of said event.
- Any Promoter or Official who is related to said event in any manner will
lose their IKF CA License and be subject to time suspensions and possible
disciplinary fines.
- (***) For this violation of IKF CA

- NOTE: If this occurs on Native American land or Military Base, Fighter will
be required to attain a FULL PHYSICAL and possibly additional Medical Testing
depending on the outcome of their bout, prior to competing again on a legally
sanctioned IKF CA Kickboxing or Muay Thai event. However, Fighter will "NOT"
lose their IKF CA License.
- SECTION B
- NON IKF CA SANCTIONED FULL CONTACT KICKBOXING AND / OR MUAY THAI
COMPETITION NOT DONE IN A BOXING RING OR AN MMA CAGE AND THE EVENT IS ADVERTISED
AS A KICKBOXING, KICK BOXING or MUAY THAI, MUAYTHAI EVENT . THIS APPLIES TO ALL
STAND-UP FULL CONTACT FIGHT SPORT BOUTS DONE AS AN EXAMPLE AT A KARATE, MARTIAL
ARTS TOURNAMENT OR AS AN EVENT ON THEIR OWN. BOTH THE FIGHTER AND THE TRAINER
WILL LOSE THEIR IKF CA LICENSE AND BE SUBJECT TO TIME SUSPENSIONS AND POSSIBLE
DISCIPLINARY FINES. THIS ALSO INCLUDES THE EVENT PROMOTER / HOST AND EVENT
