PROMOTERS - EVENT DOCTORS: CUT SUTURES
If a fighter on your event happens to get cut, your event doctor has the option (Some Doctors simply do not do sutures at events for various reasons) whether or not to suture the cut, or send the fighter to the ER to have the suture done at a Hospital within the first few hours of the cut happening. IF the cut is a simple one appropriate for suture onsite and the event Doctor makes the decision to do the suture it will be done at the end of the event, and in a clean and private location such as the fighters dressing room area. The fee for this service will be $300.00. Keep in mind, if you as the promoter choose to send the fighter to the ER, or another means of treatment, if you choose to use your "Fighter Medical Insurance" your minimum fee will be your Insurance deductible which in most cases is a minimum of $500.00. This is the fee recommended by the CSAC lead Doctor, Dr. Paul Wallace.
NOTE: All parties must agree that the Promoter is to pay this fee, in cash to the Doctor providing the Suture. Regardless, whatever the form of treatment, the Event Promoter is responsible for the cost of this procedure.

IF THERE ARE TWO DOCTORS WORKING YOUR EVENT
If two doctors are working your event, each doctor has been assigned their bouts, which alternate, prior to the event. In this case, the assigned doctor to the fighter that attains a cut has the first right to do any suturing of any cuts of the fighter under their care. If he or she declines to do any suture, the other doctor now has the option whether or not to do any suturing of a fighters cut. After ONE suture has been done, from this point forward, the Doctors will alternate in doing any suture work if other fighters become cut. There shall be NO SHARING of ANY fees collected for ANY Suture work!

& Work Ringside During Bouts.
Additional Inspectors will be Added for Large Venues and/or Large Fight Cards.
