IKF AMATEUR TITLE
REQUIREMENTS
- AMATEUR STATE
OR REGIONAL Title Requirements
- BOTH Fighters must FIRST be IKF
CA Licensed.
- BOTH Fighters must both from the SAME STATE as the State Title they
are fighting for or from the SAME REGION (EX: Northwest, Southeast, etc.
etc.) as the Region they are fighting for.
- BOTH Fighters must be approved by the
IKF World Headquarters ONLY!
- BOTH Fighters Must have a Winning Record of their bouts
fought.
- BOTH Fighters must have a MINIMUM of 3 Bout Wins.
- BOTH Fighters must provide the
IKF with a complete list of their fight
opponents, bout dates, result and event promoter so that the
IKF can verify their fight record.
- Unless the fighter(s) has fought for the
IKF before, they must provide a Video of
their last bout to the IKF to be accepted
for the title.
- Fighters, Trainers or Promoters Requesting or Challenging For a VACANT
IKF Title will be matched with an
opponent/contender determined by the IKF.
- AMATEUR NATIONAL
Title Requirements
- BOTH Fighters must FIRST be IKF
CA Licensed.
- BOTH Fighters must be approved by the
IKF World Headquarters ONLY!
- Although not necessary, the IKF
would like to see BOTH Fighters from different STATES, otherwise they may be
directed to fight for a STATE or REGIONAL Title first, UNLESS they are the top
contenders in their weight class.
- BOTH Fighters Must have an EXCEPTIONAL Winning Record of
their bouts fought (High win Percentage)
- BOTH Fighters Must Be in the TOP 10 of the IKF
Amateur Rankings in the Rule Style of the title being fought for.
- BOTH Fighters must provide the
IKF with a complete list of their fight
opponents, bout dates, result and event promoter so that the
IKF can verify their fight record.
- Unless the fighter(s) has fought for the
IKF before, BOTH fighters must
provide a Video of their last "2" bouts to the
IKF to be accepted for the title.
- Fighters, Trainers or Promoters Requesting or Challenging For a VACANT
IKF Title will be matched with an
opponent/contender determined by the IKF.
- AMATEUR CONTINENTAL
OR INTERCONTINENTAL Title Requirements
- BOTH Fighters must FIRST be IKF
CA Licensed.
- Continental: BOTH Fighters Must be from the Same
Continent. (EX: North America)
However, IKF
Would like to see the contenders from DIFFERENT Countries of the same Continent.
- (*)Some exceptions will apply if
BOTH fighters are ranked as TOP contenders in the IKF
Rankings.
- Intercontinental: BOTH fighters Must be from 2
DIFFERENT Continents. Otherwise, they will
be requested to fight for a "Continental" Title.
- BOTH Fighters must be approved by the
IKF World Headquarters ONLY!
- BOTH Fighters must provide the
IKF with a complete list of their fight
opponents, bout dates, result and event promoter so that the
IKF can verify their fight record.

- An IKF NATIONAL Title.
- An IKF CONTINENTAL or
INTERCONTINENTAL Title.
- An IKF World
Classic Tournament Title.
- BOTH Fighters Must have an EXCEPTIONAL Winning Record of
their bouts fought (High win Percentage)
- BOTH Fighters Must Be in the TOP 10 of the IKF
Amateur Rankings in the Rule Style of the title being fought for.
- BOTH Fighters must provide the
IKF with a complete list of their fight
